Hi, at iDoctorNL we offer contactless, safe repairs through our service window following COVID 19 prevention protocol. No appointments necessary. We're open Monday to Friday from 1pm-5pm. We are a home based business located at:

23 Sunderland Drive in Elizabeth Park, Paradise.

If you are dropping by during our business hours (Monday - Friday 1pm-5pm), please follow the steps below:

• Come to the side entrance on the rear right hand side of the house, enter the covered porch and we will talk to you through the service window. There may be a lineup.
• Remove the case on your device ahead of time.
• We will ask you for your name, the passcode to the device, and we will need another number that we can reach you on.
• We will take your payment on drop off, and we can take cash, credit, or debit.
• We will give you a pickup time based on the lineup.

If dropping off before or after hours of business, please follow the steps below:

• Please note: Pre label your device before you arrive. We are closed before 1pm, and pen & paper are not provided
• The pre label will include your name, the passcode to the device, a number we can reach you on, and any info about the type of repair you are looking for.
• Remove any protective case on your device.
• Put device in an envelope or baggie, do not include any cords with your device.
• Drop off your device in our secure drop box, which is located inside the covered porch on the rear right hand side of the house.
• We will contact you when the device is ready.
• We will take your payment when you come to pick up your device, and we can take cash, credit, or debit.

Most cell repairs take 1-3 hours, and tablets may take 24-72 hours, timings can vary depending on our workload. We have been busier than normal, and we appreciate your patience.

All repairs come with a 60 day warranty on our parts and repairs. Break it again within the warranty period? We will take 25% off a second repair.
